We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated person to join our support team. After training, your work will include technical support via Internet support tickets and live chat. You should have experience with Windows and mobile platforms with excellent customer service skills. A university degree will be considered an asset and you should be able to work independently answering support requests and maintain smaller projects in downtime.
