Service Desk Technical Analyst 10       
Provide technical support for Desktop related problems
 Looking for candidates who have international voice support experience
Email client configuration & troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting Network, PCs, Servers & Application Software
Configure & maintain email accounts
Very good communication skills
Willing to work in 24/7 shifts
Must be a Graduate
Tech Support Executives (Non Voice)               4         
Basic Computer Knowledge, excellent written Communication.
System Admin                            4         
Experience in Windows 2008, Unix platforms including HP-UX 11, Solaris 10, Linux RH3.0 and 5.0;
Familiarity with Vmware ESX Server and Vmware Virtual Center Server
Excellent communications
Experience with various test methodologies a plus
Experience with creating / providing Technical documentation
Experience with shell scripting and perl scripts
Experience with Oracle, and SQL DB Administration
Thorough knowledge of RAID and server clustering concepts
Thorough knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and common implementations including DNS, SMTP, SNMP and HTTP.
Wintel Admin                                 10       
Windows Server Admin with Citrix/VMWARE/Windows clustering / Veritas clustering / Hyper V Functional Area.
Tech Support Executives             4         
Excellent communication skill, Should have troubleshooting experience
